FAQ: Polish cooking workshops in Warsaw

How can I book workshop with you?

It’s simple — visit our workshop page and choose the one you like most.

You can book directly through our website with secure Stripe payment for the best price, or use the official Airbnb app.

Do I need any cooking experience?

No. Our workshops are beginner-friendly and relaxed. You don’t need any cooking or baking experience to join.

Where does the workshop take place?

The general location is Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia 139A . After booking, you will receive all details needed to find the apartment : )

How far is the location from the Warsaw center?

Around 25 minutes from the city center by public transport (tram, bus, metro). You can also easily arrive by taxi - apps that work best: Bolt, Uber, FreeNow.

Is the workshop in English?

Yes. The whole experience is hosted in English.

How many people are in one group?

We host small groups of 1–6 people, so the experience feels personal, relaxed and easy to follow.

Can I join alone?

Sure! Solo travelers are very welcome. Many guests join on their own and it’s a great way to meet people in a warm, local setting.

Will we eat during the workshop?

Yes :D The workshop includes a tasting of homemade Polish food.

I have dietary restrictions / allergies. Can I join the workshop?

Yes. When booking a workshop, you will see a field to fill out with your dietary restrictions. Our kitchen may contain gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens, so we need to know in advance.

Can I buy the workshop as a gift?

Yes! Our workshops can be booked as a gift. If you want to arrange a gift booking or voucher, contact us and we’ll help you prepare it.

Is the workshop suitable for children?

Children can join workshops - they just must be accompanied by an adult. Please remember that some activities may be too difficult for children to perform.

Is the workshop accessible for people with mobility issues?

It depends. Our apartment is on the floor without an elevator. It's best if you write to us and we'll figure it out together :)

Is the workshop suitable for older guests?

Yes, as long as guests are comfortable standing, cooking and participating in a relaxed kitchen setting. We can also adapt the pace!

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes. You don’t need anything special, but cooking can get a little messy, so we recommend wearing something casual.

Do I need to bring anything?

No. We provide all ingredients, tools and equipment. Just bring yourself and your appetite :) 

How long does the workshop last?

The workshop usually lasts around 2.5–4 hours, depending on the type of workshop.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before the workshop.

What if I am late?

Please message us. We will do our best to help, but late arrival may shorten your experience.

Can I book a private workshop?

Yes. Private workshops are available for couples, families, friends or small groups. Contact us if you would like a custom date or private experience.

Can you host bigger events?

Our apartment can't accommodate a large team. But we sometimes collaborate with larger spaces and hold larger workshops there. Just let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Can I request a different date?

Yes. If you don’t see a date that works for you, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the workshop and receive a full refund. Just write us an email. The full cancellation policy is available here .

Can I reschedule my booking?

If you need to change your date, please contact us . We cannot guarantee a date change, but we will always try to help if possible!!

What happens if you need to cancel the workshop?

If we ever need to cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to choose a different date.

Is there parking nearby?

A few minutes from our flat there is a street called Czorsztyńska, where you can usually (though not always) find free parking.
