  • booking details, such as selected workshop, date, time and number of participants,
  • information about allergies, dietary requirements or safety-related needs, if provided by you -iInformation about allergies, dietary requirements or safety-related needs may reveal health-related information. We ask for this information only where it is relevant to workshop preparation and participant safety. Providing this information is voluntary, but if you do not provide relevant allergy or safety information, we may not be able to adapt the workshop to your needs.

  • data provided in the safety form signed at the workshop,

We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment card data is processed by Stripe.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

We do not collect or store your payment card details, card number, CVC code or full payment card data.

Stripe may process your payment data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Booking System

Workshop bookings are managed through Koalendar.

Koalendar may process booking-related data, such as your name, email address, booking date, selected workshop and other information you provide during the booking process, according to its own terms and privacy policy.

8. Website Provider

Our website is hosted and managed through Dorik.

Dorik may process technical data related to the operation of the website according to its own terms and privacy policy.

9. Who We Share Data With

We may share personal data with trusted service providers only where necessary, including:

  • Koalendar, for booking management,
  • Stripe, for payment processing,
  • Dorik, for website hosting and website operation,
  • email or communication service providers,
  • accounting, tax or legal service providers, if necessary,
  • public authorities, if required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

10. International Transfers

Some of our service providers, such as Stripe, Koalendar or Dorik, may process data outside Poland or the European Economic Area.

  • photo and video materials used with consent may be kept until consent is withdrawn or until they are no longer needed for promotional purposes,

We may take photos or short videos during workshops.

We will use identifiable photos or videos of participants for marketing purposes only if the participant gives written consent.

You may refuse consent. Refusing consent does not affect your participation in the workshop.
